The Benefits Of Exercise
It’s a great way to manage stress and prevent depression.
It gives me a good routine and goals to follow.
I can eat pretty much as much as I want. I don’t like processed food or fast food anyway. Carbs and protein is necessary though
Exercise makes me sleep well
I forget about the muddles of life I don’t understand or don’t want to face.
The Drawbacks
If I don’t eat enough my clothes look too big on me.
Its time consuming, 2-3 hours a day
I need to wash my hair every single day.
Each and every day a different muscle group aches.
Good PT’s don’t come cheap… Nor are sports therapists or physio’s if you don’t receive sound guidance to start with.
