Anniversary Time

It's been a year now since everything became exciting and right for me. 

This is not the life I expected but my ducks are now in a row' 

I have clarity, all I need is a healthy body, good mindset and inspirational people to keep me on track. 

I'm surrounded by love,  blessed to have such special people around who make life fulfilling and complete. They help me become stronger  than ever from working out in the gym, running. I'm slowly learning to speak other languages, I now have the confidence to travel, I singing and as ever  I'm still learning to swim. I take nothing for granted and remain excited and curious. 

I realised in 15, 951 days I'll be 110 years old so  I don't waste a single moment worrying about anything beyond my control so I have no fear of aging or death. I've changed course so many times I am confident of managing things within my control. Awareness of the finite nature of life has given me a fresh focus and inspired me to live as fully as possible
